Engaging in any creative activity is shown to reduce stress, and allow us to focus on our creative spirit:  enjoying discoveries, making creative decisions and expressions which are unique to who we are as human beings…  It's in our nature.

This is your opportunity to learn and practice great mixed media techniques: using paint, paper, recycled things and collage, while counting your blessings. You'll have all the materials and instruction to create your own colorful, personal, art garland representing all the things you hold close to your heart.

Please bring a lunch and join us at ASiF Studios for a day of gratitude in the painting studio as we roll up our sleeves and enjoy ourselves, immersed in creativity and say “thank you” for the beautiful gifts in life.  Better yet - you can hang your garland in your home or office to remind you of what's truly important.
