These are my first love, the first thing my brush dives into in Spring when the rain falls and all new things begin. I love water based materials. I love water. If I'm not swimming in it, I'm painting with it. The work is loose, playful and fun when I'm at my best. I've acquired a sum-i-e style of painting and many of my watercolors are developed with a nod to my experiences in Asia and my relationship with some incredible Japanese artists who taught me to draw with a brush. "Mr. Fujiwara and Keiko San,... wherever you are, I'm still painting." Sizes and availability of originals and giclées vary.
